Debbie Lechtman

Debbie Lechtman is a Costa Rican-Israeli Jewish writer, journalist, and online content creator, specializing in Jewish history, Jewish identity, and antisemitism. She has earned a reputation in Jewish spaces for her ability to condense complex, multilayered, nuanced, and obscure Jewish historical topics into more easily accessible education. 

Her work has been featured in Tablet Magazine, the Jewish Journal, and Unpacked Media, among other publications. Her debut nonfiction book will be out in 2027.
