Frank Broughton

Frank Broughton is a writer and copywriter, formerly Clubs Editor at Time Out New York and Deputy Editor of i-D magazine.  Together they are the force behind London’s notorious Low Life parties and the authors of the hugely successful definitive history of the DJ, Last Night a DJ Saved My Life (Headline, 2006) and How To DJ Properly (Bantam, 2006), the indispensable guide to DJing.

The Record Players (Virgin, 2012) is the story of dance music told by the people who made it happen.
